This resource guide provides information and resources that the Children’s Bureau and Family and Youth Services Bureau promote to encourage the healthy development of children and youth in foster care. The goal of this resource guide is to illustrate how the collaboration between these two Administration for Children and Families agencies serves as a model to enhance services to this vulnerable population of youth, particularly those who are pregnant or parenting.
