Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) should be a key component of all adolescent pregnancy prevention (APP) grantees’ monitoring and evaluation processes. This webinar is designed for all APP grantees and aims to increase staff understanding and use of CQI. This webinar presents a broad overview of CQI and how it can be used to monitor performance and contribute to programmatic improvements. This webinar also shares information about QI frameworks and tools that are commonly used; offers examples of how QI data can be integrated into program implementation processes; and shares grantees’ experiences using QI approaches to enhance their APP programs.
Webinar was presented on June 15, 2017 by Jill McArdle, RN, MSPH, from RTI International; Robert Nobles, Dr.PH, MPH, CIP, from University of Tennessee-Knoxville, a Sexual Risk Avoidance Education and Competitive PREP grantee; and Sarah Leff, MPH and Mara Decker, Dr.PH, from California State PREP [59 slides].
