Tribal Talking Circle: Virtual Storytelling for Sustainability

This Talking Circle will provide Tribal Personal Responsibility Education Program (TPREP) grantees with an opportunity to dialogue and exchange ideas with one another in an open and safe environment that draws from Tribal traditions and practices. It will focus on how Tribal grantees can leverage the importance of storytelling within Tribal communities to disseminate program data virtually. Grantees will be encouraged to share successes with their dissemination efforts as well as any obstacles and strategies used to address them. The talking circle will include discussion on the following:

• Successful efforts for disseminating programmatic findings;
• Tools and resources for storytelling as a virtual dissemination strategy; and
• Goals for sustaining grantee programming moving forward.
