The Exchange serves as a resource hub for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (APP) Program grantees, partners, and stakeholders to learn, connect, and create materials to increase the visibility and impact of their efforts to prevent pregnancy among vulnerable youth.
By providing training and technical assistance along with data-driven resources, we support organizations in their planning, delivery, and evaluation of strategic APP programs that help prepare teens for the future. By connecting people and places, we aim to energize a network of leaders who can learn from each other's successes and work together to tackle common challenges.
