Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) Technical Assistance (TA) Office Hours

Event Date:
-

Fidelity monitoring is an important part of PREP programming to deliver evidence-based programs as intended. Ongoing fidelity monitoring informs implementation in multiple ways: (1) understanding implementation quality; (2) using data to troubleshoot implementation challenges for ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI); (3) identifying challenges/successes across specific settings/populations and program fit; (4) understanding planned/unplanned adaptations (what, how, why things were changed); (5) informing facilitator training and technical assistance needs; and (6) providing data that can be shared with community partners about your PREP programming. There are many ways to document implementation adaptations, which can present youth-serving organizations with both challenges and opportunities to monitor fidelity in real-world settings. Join the next TA Office Hours to talk and share with your TA providers and fellow grantees strategies and approaches for ongoing fidelity monitoring, including tools used, examples of using fidelity monitoring data to inform programming, and brainstorm ways to address issues related to fidelity monitoring.
