This interactive webinar will focus on how to create more welcoming environments for LGBTQ+ learners.  Participants will be given some background in what LGBTQ+ inclusivity is and why it is important, followed by several topical examples directly from Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program grantees. Finally, tools for assessing inclusivity in the learning environment will be presented, and time will be allotted for specific questions from attendees. Participants will be provided with strategies for inclusion they can apply to their work.
