Purpose and Procedure

This call will provide Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) grantees an opportunity to dialogue and exchange ideas with each other on topics related to program management—a critical aspect of ensuring compliance with PREP legislative requirements. During this call, we invite grantees to share program management tips and strategies. Specifically, we will focus on strategies to (1) incorporate continuous quality improvement (CQI), including program adaptation and fidelity monitoring, (2) work with subrecipients, and (3) hire and support program facilitators to ensure high-quality program implementation.

This will offer grantees an opportunity to:

• Network with each other,
• Discuss real-world challenges,
• Share their program management tools and resources, and
• Identify specific areas of focus to enhance their program management.

The facilitator will encourage rich discussion during the call. Resources will be provided afterward. Space is limited. Please check your email for registration information.
