Several states have passed laws that may affect how PREP programs implement their sexual health education curricula. For example, the Florida House Bill (HB) 1557, Parental Rights in Education, was signed and limits educators’ implementation of curriculum modules on gender and sexuality. The APP team and your TA Providers have heard your concerns about this issue. To provide support and guidance, FYSB leadership would like to learn more about your concerns and the potential impact of similar laws on PREP projects across the nation.
