(PREP) Program Management to Support Implementation

Event Date:
-

This cluster call learning series will provide Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) grantees an opportunity to dialogue and exchange ideas with each other on topics related to program management—a critical aspect of ensuring compliance with PREP legislative and notice of funding opportunity requirements. The first call will focus on continuous quality improvement (CQI), including program adaptation and fidelity monitoring. The second call will focus on hiring and supporting program facilitators to ensure high-quality program implementation. Program recruitment and retention will be incorporated throughout the discussions as well. This new format will consist of a series of two cluster calls, which, will offer an opportunity for grantees to:

  • network with each other over time,
  • share their program management tools and resources, including fidelity monitoring logs,
  • assess and discuss CQI and how CQI processes can be used to ensure compliance with PREP legislative requirements, and
  • identify specific areas of focus to enhance their program management.

The facilitators will offer tools and resources and encourage rich discussion during each call as well as practice exercises between calls.

Grantees joining the cluster call learning series are invited to share their current program management strategies related to CQI, adaptation, fidelity monitoring, participant recruitment and retention, and staff hiring and development. Space is limited and therefore, those who register should be available to attend both calls. Resources and tools will be provided after each call.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, expertise, resources, and questions with other grantees during the call. The moderator will facilitate the dialogue on the topics listed above and we request that you be prepared to engage in the discussion.
