Classroom management is a critical component of program implementation. With all that has happened in the past two years, we need new, creative ways to keep young people engaged and facilitators energized.  Research indicates when joy is infused into the classroom, there is a decrease in youth behavioral problems and teacher/facilitator stress. It can also support a productive and engaging learning environment. This office hours session will be a follow-up to the classroom management webinar presented on September 22, 2022 and is an opportunity to share your classroom management plans and strategies with other SRAE grantees. We will discuss what bringing joy into the classroom means and provide you with practical activities to integrate into your program.
