Across the country, grantees have expressed various challenges with recruiting and retaining youth in their programs. The purpose of this share and learn session is to provide Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) grantees with an opportunity to discuss the barriers they face with recruitment and retention and exchange strategies they have used to bolster program enrollment, in hopes of strengthening grantees’ recruitment and retention toolkits ahead of the 2024–2025 school year.

In this session, grantees will be able to:

• Discuss challenges with recruiting and retaining youth,
• Share their recruitment and retention resources, and
• Brainstorm and identify recruitment and retention strategies that can be used to bolster program
  enrollment within the context of SRAE programming
