SMV protocols have been developed to ensure grantees have a clear understanding of the purpose, goals, and processes for conducting SMVs. During this office hours we will cover the process and protocols used during SMVs, and how to use tools discussed to prepare for a successful visit. We will discuss strategies and best practices used by grantees to highlight programming, policies, and procedures during SMVs that support innovation in creating future programming for youth and re-energizing existing grantees via feedback and evaluation. We will address your questions about preparing for a SMV and hear grantees share their experiences with SMV.
