The Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) will host a virtual listening session about the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) performance measures portal on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. ET. This listening session is for all SRAE grantees funded prior to fall 2023 and their partners, including subrecipient program providers and evaluation staff who are responsible for collecting and submitting performance measures data.

This will be the second listening session in a series of three sessions designed for SRAE grantees and their partners to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the supports provided by the SRAE performance analysis study (PAS) team. This listening session will focus on using the SRAE performance measures data submission portal.

As suggested by participants in the last listening session, we will host this session via Zoom. After a short introduction, the listening session will involve participants being broken out into one of four breakout groups for a discussion moderated by a facilitator. The breakout groups will allow more participants to have the opportunity to provide input than in one large group. We will use Mentimeter software to support an interactive experience for sharing feedback and ideas within the group. Participants will also have the ability to participate verbally and on camera should they choose. After the breakouts, grantees will come together for a report out from the facilitator of each of the small group discussions.

We welcome all input and encourage honest and candid discussions during the listening session. We also encourage participants to share any questions or concerns about the portal ahead of the listening session through a prompt included in the session’s registration site.

The final listening session in the series will be held in late February and will focus on the performance measures dashboard. We will send an invitation to that session later.
