This session offers the opportunity to better understand the concept and value of social capital, as supported by research. It also provides grantees the language to help identify ways to build the social capital of the youth they serve to help them thrive.

 

In the Field Talk session grantees discuss the social networks that could be used to build social capital for youth, and practice using the language of social capital research in describing components of their programs.
