Mental Health and Well-Being

This resource from We Think Twice™ can supplement your organization’s programming with middle and high school youth by offering them tools to help improve their well-being. The interactive lesson includes:

  • Coping and self-care practices and techniques.
  • Links to online resources to improve well-being and mental health.
  • Information about when and how to facilitate conversations about mental health with a trusted adult.

The lesson supports youth in identifying their own well-being needs, including social, emotional, physical, and intellectual/creative needs, and offers information on how to develop an individualized self-care plan.
