Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) 101

Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) 101 provides definitions and foundational history behind our nation’s efforts to recognize the physical and emotional risks associated with non-marital sexual activity. Module 1 introduces the foundations of SRAE, including the history and theories underlying the policy and practice of sexual risk avoidance (formerly called abstinence education). Module 2 provides guidance on SRAE program implementation and explains how theories, concepts, and topics A-F can be practically applied for the successful implementation of SRAE programming.
