Purpose and Procedure
Check out the Elevate Youth Programming Podcast page this morning to listen to the newest episode, Addressing Controversy in Communities.
Across our communities, we serve young people who have varying and expansive needs, ranging from basic necessities (food, shelter, and clothing), mental and physical health support, employment and crisis management. For us to succeed and have a lasting impact on our young people, we need a network of support within and outside of our programs/organizations. While all SRAE grantees are required to have a list of referrals for their participants, we know that sometimes it can be difficult to establish a strong referral network and track warm handoffs to other programs/organizations.
This live webinar will involve reviewing the SRAE performance measures to be submitted in July/August 2023. The webinar will also demonstrate how to access and use the Portal. Finally, the webinar will conclude with an opportunity for grantees to ask questions about these topics.
Need help solving a problem that you’re experiencing on your SPREP/CPREP evaluation? Drop by the PLESD SPREP/CPREP office hours on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 3:30pm – 5pm ET to brainstorm solutions and get support from PLESD liaisons. There’s no agenda or presentation, just conversations about the specific evaluation issues you bring to discuss.
During this Office Hours session, we will discuss the overall goal and purpose of fidelity monitoring and discuss how you can use green and yellow light adaptations to ensure that your programming is meeting the needs of the youth you serve. Join the SRAE TA providers and other SRAE grantee staff who are implementing programming to share your experiences and learn what other grantees are doing in their communities to monitor program fidelity and make adaptations.
This live webinar will include strategies for reviewing data to promote data quality. The webinar will also include guidance about preparing SRAE performance measures for submission to the SRAE Portal. The webinar will conclude with an opportunity for grantees to ask questions about these topics.
This interactive webinar will offer an opportunity for Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) grantees to learn more about teaching program participants with intellectual or development disabilities (I/DDs). People with I/DDs are sexual beings just like anyone else but often don’t have access to age-appropriate, medically accurate sexuality education. They are also at risk for unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, being abused, and experiencing loneliness at a much higher rate than the general population.
