Classroom management is a critical component of program implementation. With all that has happened in the past two years, we need new, creative ways to keep young people engaged and facilitators energized. Research indicates when joy is infused into the classroom, there is a decrease in youth behavioral problems and teacher/facilitator stress. It can also support a productive and engaging learning environment.
During this time, we will divide up into small groups to discuss challenges, lessons learned, and questions you may have about your local evaluation activities. We hope this will be a great opportunity for you to learn from each other and the local evaluation support (LES) team.
